Rebate available with purchase of a Valvoline oil change service identified above (“Eligible Service) at participating Valvoline Proudly Pouring Quick Lube locations between MARCH 1, 2025 – JUNE 30, 2025. Not available with purchases at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Valvoline Great Canadian Oil Change, Oil Changers Inc., Mini Lube or Valvoline Express Care locations. Offer only open and offered to residents of legal residents of Canada 18 years of age or older. Limit two (2) requests per household, per address or email, and one (1) request per receipt/transaction. Not valid or combinable with other offers or promotions. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law, and subject to withdrawal.

Please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks for emailed notification that your prepaid card is ready to be redeemed. The prepaid card physical or e-card may be used anywhere accepted by the merchant.

Submissions Terms: Rebate requests must be received by Valvoline on or before July 31, 2025. Valvoline reserves the right to modify their Rebate Program rules and to cancel any Rebate Program at any time without prior notification or warning. In the event of Program termination, participants will have 30 days from the Program termination date to submit final reward claims. Requests must be submitted by the individual who made the qualifying purchase. Group submissions are prohibited. You must provide all requested information accurately, clearly and legibly. Submissions from stores or installers on behalf of a customer prohibited.

Transfer/trading of proof of purchase is strictly prohibited. Use of fictitious names, addresses, or organizations to obtain additional rebates is fraud and is in violation of Federal Law, and may result in prosecution and a term of imprisonment, fine or both. Valvoline reserves the right to verify eligibility of all rebate claims and supporting documentation, including, without limitation, invoice documentation. Valvoline will determine the validity of any and all rebate claims at its sole discretion.

Valvoline is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Valvoline has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

Valvoline is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) cost incurred. Online Requests: You must submit a scanned image of the original receipt showing purchase of an eligible Valvoline oil change service. Images of altered receipts will not be honored. Limit one (1) code per request.
