What you will be doing:
An enthusiastic proven team leader who can:
- Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
- Completing and participating in on line and on-site training and mentoring programs. ‘
- Staying current with all on-going product and service training
- Promoting and providing customers information on services, products, and pricing
- Guiding vehicles safely into designated spots in the lube shop bays
- Servicing Customer vehicles for Oil Changes, Undercoating, Preventative Maintenance, Change and Check Fluid Services and Tire Services
- Completing vehicle assessments and making customer recommendations
- Following manufacturers guidelines when recommending services
- Following Valet Car Wash policies, health and safety protocols, procedures, and standards of operation
- Communicating with other team members, supervisors, and quality control specialists to ensure each vehicle meets company standards.
- Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, site maintenance, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met
- Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing secondary site maintenance and seasonal duties to company standards as required
- Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience
- Working closely with the management team
