alvoline Quick Lube at Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-orientated, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Chatham location

What you will be doing:

An enthusiastic proven team leader who can:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
  • Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
  • Completing and participating in on line and on-site training and mentoring programs. ‘
  • Staying current with all on-going product and service training
  • Promoting and providing customers information on services, products, and pricing
  • Guiding vehicles safely into designated spots in the lube shop bays
  • Servicing Customer vehicles for Oil Changes, Undercoating, Preventative Maintenance, Change and Check Fluid Services and Tire Services
  • Completing vehicle assessments and making customer recommendations
  • Following manufacturers guidelines when recommending services
  • Following Valet Car Wash policies, health and safety protocols, procedures, and standards of operation
  • Communicating with other team members, supervisors, and quality control specialists to ensure each vehicle meets company standards.
  • Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, site maintenance, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met
  • Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing secondary site maintenance and seasonal duties to company standards as required
  • Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience
  • Working closely with the management team
