Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-orientated, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Chatham location.

What you will be doing:
- Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
- Monitoring vehicles waiting in the wash line up
- Learning and monitoring how the car wash mechanically operates and the purpose of each function the equipment performs. Monitoring and trouoble shooting the car wash systems.
- Learning about the car wash pay station and monitoring how the car wash pay station operates. Trouble shooting the car wash pay station
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Inspecting vehicles as they enter the car wash
- Checking in with customers who need assistance at pay stations
- Providing direction and assisting customers entering the car wash
- Responding to customer inquiries while they are in line and entering the wash
- Anticipating customer needs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Explaining and promoting available services and offers
- Ensuring customer service and company standards are met.
- Working closely with the management team
- General and seasonal site maintenance and organizational duties
- Product organization and storage duties
- Receiving and storing product deliveries

Starting wage: $17.20 / hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
