Position Overview:
Valet Car Wash is looking for a Full Time Exterior Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service team member who has open availability to work at our busy Cambridge Location.

What you will be doing:
- Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Working outdoors while attending the car wash entrance and guiding cars safely into the car wash
- Making recommendations to customers and answering customers questions
- Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met
- Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing seasonal and daily housekeeping duties to company standards
- Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience
- Working closely with the management team
- Comfortable with data entry and using mobile data applications
- Enjoys completing cleaning and organizing tasks

What we are looking for:
- 5 years Customer Service Experience Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and good time management skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Outgoing and friendly
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, walking, and moving with a full range of motion for long periods of time
- Comfortable working outdoors and in noisy, hot, cold, and wet conditions

- Must have open availability to work weekdays and weekends, opening and closing shifts

Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In person, Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work required
- Pay: $18.25 per hour
- Benefits after 3 months
