Position Overview:
Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and friendly Cashier/Customer Service Representative to greet and serve our customers at our busy Mississauga North and Mississauga South locations. Starting wage is $17.95 per hour. Open availability is required to work weekdays and weekends, including morning, afternoon and midnight shifts as required.

What you will be doing:
- Starting each customer interaction with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting.
- Asking questions to determine customer needs.
- Anticipating customer needs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Presenting and explaining service pricing and member benefits.
- Promoting and processing new memberships.
- Renewing and updating existing customer memberships.
- Handling and solving customer inquiries.
- Answering and returning phone calls.
- Taking payments.
- Completing merchandising and stocking duties.
- Following visual merchandising planograms and ensuring brand standards are met.
- Performing general office organization.
- Performing housekeeping duties in guest waiting areas and restrooms.
- Performing seasonal maintenance duties at customer entrances and fueling pumps.
- Ensuring customer service and company standards are met.
- Ensuring safety policies, procedures, professional, branding and uniform standards are met.
- Working closely with the management team.

What we are looking for:
- Customer service experience
- Cashier and Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and good time management skills
- Open availability for weekday and weekend shifts, including mornings, afternoons and midnights
- Able to reliably commute to Mississauga, ON L5A 3X6, or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Punctual and reliable
- Outgoing and friendly
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time in hot, cold and wet conditions
- Values team work and staying productive
