Car Wash Attendant

Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-orientated, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Guelph Gordon St. location.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
• Monitoring vehicles waiting in the wash line up
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Inspecting vehicles as they enter the car wash
• Checking in with customers who need assistance at pay stations
• Providing direction and assisting customers entering the car wash
• Responding to customer inquiries while they are in line and entering the wash
• Anticipating customer needs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Explaining and promoting available services and offers
• Ensuring customer service and company standards are met.
• Working closely with the management team
• General and seasonal site maintenance and organizational duties
• Product organization and storage duties
• Receiving and storing product deliveries
