Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-orientated, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Cambridge location.

What you will be doing:
- Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Attending the car wash entrance and guiding cars safely into the car wash
- Guiding vehicles safely into designated spots in the cleaning bays
- Drying vehicle exteriors with clean towels
- Following company Interior/Exterior cleaning package protocols
- Communicating with other team members, supervisors, and quality control specialists to ensure each vehicle meets company standards.
- Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, site maintenance, housekeeping, towel laundering and work area organization standards are met
- Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing secondary site maintenance and seasonal duties to company standards
- Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience
- Working closely with the management team

Starting wage: $17.20 / hour
